• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Stress resistance and strong communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English is a plus

• 3+ years as an office manager/business assistant
• Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Meet/Calendar)
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Structured thinking and attention to detail
• Upper-Intermediate English (French is a plus)
