Sales Consultant in Boutique — MALTSEVA STYLE

Salary: 130,000–160,000 ₽ net

Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales to clients;
  • Knowledge and reporting in Bitrix24, 1C, and Excel;
  • Business correspondence with clients via the company account;
  • Processing and supporting online store orders;
  • Serving drinks to clients;
  • Changing displays and arranging the shop window;
  • Managing and analyzing the customer database;
  • Maintaining order in the boutique;

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and clothing sales from 2 years (mid to premium segment);
  • Knowledge of basic visual merchandising principles;
  • Experience in fashion retail, ability to identify client needs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • MS Office, Bitrix24, Excel, 1C, Slack user;
  • Full-time availability;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Stress resistance, responsibility, strong communication skills;
  • Ability and desire to work with people, active and proactive attitude;
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information;
  • Multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and execute quickly;
  • Openness to feedback, ability to grasp tasks and offer win-win solutions;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • English proficiency Upper-Intermediate or higher is an advantage.

Working conditions:

  • Official employment under the Russian Labor Code, benefits and compensation, bonuses for over-performance;
  • Work schedule 2/2, from 10:30 to 22:00;
  • Work with luxury segment clients;
  • Salary: base + % from sales;

Chief Accountant — MALTSEVA STYLE

Schedule: 5/2 (8-hour day)

Work format: On-site

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: 130,000–150,000 ₽ net

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the business structure (LLC and sole proprietorship on a patent): settlements, taxes, reporting;
  • Controlling balances between LLC and SP accounts;
  • Processing supplier and contractor payments, tax payments;
  • Controlling accuracy of acquiring transactions and receipts;
  • Reflecting payments in 1C (by links and direct online payments);
  • Managing cash flow distribution;
  • Payroll calculation (fixed and bonus), issuing salaries;
  • Creating product cards with labeling and pricing requirements;
  • Monthly data exchange between production and retail databases;
  • Administration and updates of 1C databases, workstation support;
  • Joint inventory checks with sales department;
  • Controlling expense reports for accountable funds;
  • Offering optimal financial allocation strategies;
  • Analyzing loan payment schedules, finding favorable financing;
  • Preparing analytical reports and forecasts, presenting to management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of accounting experience;
  • Higher education (economics/accounting);
  • Strong 1C proficiency;
  • Ability to analyze financial performance;
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Working conditions:

  • Employment under Russian Labor Code;
  • 5/2 schedule, office near Patriarch’s Ponds;
  • Stable salary paid twice a month.

Personal Assistant to the Founder — MALTSEVA STYLE

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: 5/2 (8-hour day)

Work format: On-site

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: 120,000–150,000 ₽ net

Responsibilities:

  • Personal assignments for the founder and family; managing and overseeing Family Office;
  • Organizing medical support; sourcing household staff;
  • Travel support: restaurants, flights, hotels, rentals (Airbnb, Google Flights, etc.);
  • Preparing projects, letters, presentations, and documents;
  • Personal errands (cosmetics, furniture, groceries, pet-related tasks);
  • Managing and scheduling the founder’s calendar;
  • Photo and video shooting for resale on Russian and international platforms;
  • Assisting at photoshoots as a stylist’s assistant;
  • Searching for and coordinating contractors and partners;
  • Research and analysis (Bitrix, 1C, Excel, Google);
  • Project management and execution; administrative support (contracts, invoices, correspondence);
  • Monitoring deadlines for the founder’s tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (office manager / business assistant);
  • Confident PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Meet/Calendar, Spark, Slack, office equipment;
  • Strong communication skills, stress tolerance, literacy, independence, initiative;
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information and multitasking;
  • Organizational skills, structured thinking, self-discipline, accuracy;
  • Openness to feedback, solution-oriented mindset;
  • Attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills;
  • 1C knowledge;
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher is an advantage; French proficiency is also a plus.
