Payment

We’ve made it as convenient as possible for you to pay for your order — online with a Visa/MasterCard, in cash upon delivery, or in-store at MALTSEVA STYLE. Order confirmation and payment receipts will be sent to your email address.

Delivery

We are happy to offer free delivery within Moscow and the Moscow region every day from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Delivery time is between 1 to 7 days depending on the availability of the item.

Please leave us your preferred delivery time and day, so the courier can bring your order at the most convenient time for you.

We also ship orders to any city in Russia, CIS countries, and worldwide. Delivery costs are determined by the courier service and are clarified during the checkout process.

Online Payment with Credit Card

Our website is connected to online payment services, and you can pay for your items with a Visa or Mastercard. After confirming your selected item, a secure payment window from the CloudPayments processing center will open, where you need to enter your credit card details. For additional authentication, the 3D Secure protocol will be used. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to their server for further identification. Please check with your bank for details regarding additional authentication methods.

Security Guarantees

The CloudPayments processing center protects and processes your card data according to PCI DSS 3.0 security standards. All information sent to the payment gateway is encrypted using SSL technology.

Further transmission of information occurs through closed banking networks that are highly reliable.

CloudPayments does not share your card details with us or any third parties. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

Online Payment Security

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, and credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is only transmitted in an encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.

The security of internet payments is guaranteed by CloudPayments LLC. All card transactions comply with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. Special security technologies for online card payments are used during information transmission, and data is processed on a secure, high-tech server of the processing company.

Returns

The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law “On Consumer Protection.”

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before the transfer of the goods, and after transfer, within seven days.
  • Returns of goods of proper quality are possible if the item’s appearance, consumer properties, and purchase receipt are preserved.
  • The consumer cannot refuse goods of proper quality with individually specified properties if the product can only be used by the person who purchased it.
  • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return the money paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding delivery costs, within ten days from the date the consumer makes the corresponding request.

Service Cancellation

The consumer’s right to terminate a service contract is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law “On Consumer Protection.”

  • The consumer has the right to cancel the service contract at any time, paying for the part of the service rendered before receiving the cancellation notice, and compensating the provider for costs incurred up until that point, if they are not part of the service price.
  • If the consumer finds defects in the service, they may choose:
    • Free correction of the defects;
    • A corresponding reduction in price;
    • Compensation for the costs of fixing the defects themselves or by third parties;
  • The consumer has the right to file claims regarding the defects of the service if they are found within the warranty period or, if there is none, within a reasonable time, up to two years from the service’s acceptance date.
  • The service provider is responsible for defects in the service that has no established warranty period, if the consumer proves that these defects occurred before the service was accepted or due to reasons arising before that point.
